How to turn my PRO account to a PRO+ account?

You can upgrade to a PRO+ Account anytime.  Click on Try PRO+ on the top banner.  Then, choose our Monthly or Annual account and click on “Validate Payment”. Please note upgrading to a Pro+ Annual means you will be charged to a pro rata system : “Current subscription Discount”.

How to modify my bank details?

You can change your bank details at any time through the “Invoice Management”. You can access it from “Account Settings” or directly from the menu available at the top right. In the “Invoice management” platform, click on “Add payment method”. Before confirming, make sure to check the box “Use as default payment method”.

Why do I only see 25 answers?

Our FREE account you to test all PRO and PRO+ features for free, but your account is limited to 25 responses. It is possible to unblock blocked responses by subscribing to our PRO or PRO+ account.
