Why is my questionnaire locked?

When you decide to add PRO or PRO+ features to a questionnaire, you are creating a trial questionnaire. This trial questionnaire can only be used for 14 days once the first response is collected.

If your questionnaire is locked, it means that your 14-day trial has expired.

If you do not subscribe to the corresponding subscription for the features used once the 14 days have passed, your questionnaire locks. You can collect additional responses, but you are unable to access the configuration or results of the questionnaire. Your PRO and PRO+ closing page elements are also hidden.

To continue using your PRO or PRO+ questionnaire beyond the 14 days, you can subscribe to the corresponding subscription by clicking the subscribe button.

Note: If your questionnaire uses PRO+ features and you subscribe to the PRO subscription, it will remain locked.

If you decide to remain on FREE, you will retain access to the basic features of the application and can create new questionnaires.
