How to cancel my subscription?

Our PRO and PRO+ subscriptions (monthly and annual) are set to auto-renew by default when you subscribe online using a credit card.

You can disable the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time through the “Invoice Management”. You can access it from “Account Settings” or directly from the menu available at the top right.

In the “Invoice Management” platform, click on “Cancel Plan”.

Your account will be downgraded to the FREE version at the end of the current subscription.

Please note: Your PRO or PRO+ questionnaires will be locked and will close 7 days after the end date of your subscription. Therefore, you will be unable to collect responses or access the configuration and results of these surveys.

Please note that nothing will be deleted from your account. You can resume a subscription at any time and continue to use your surveys by clicking on “Subscribe” at the top right from your account.
