CLASSIC VERSION – How to send reminders to my respondents?

From the “Follow-up” module and “Emailing follow-up” tab, you can re-engage your respondents.

To do this:

  1. Click on the blue “Send a Reminder” button to the right of your sending. Note: When the “Send a Reminder” button is grayed out, it means that the sending has failed, and you cannot send a reminder to those recipients.
  2. Define a subject, a sender name (optional), and a reply email address (optional).
  3. In the “Reminder Type” section, you can choose to send a reminder “by filling” or “by contact.” If you opt for a reminder by filling, you are choosing to re-engage respondents who have not yet started your survey and/or those who are in the process of filling it out. If you prefer the reminder by contact, you must manually select one or more recipients.
  4. If necessary, personalize your message. Please remember not to delete the {{ url }} variable, which allows us to automatically generate the personal and unique link for your recipient. A warning message will prevent you from sending the email if this variable does not appear in the message.
  5. You can schedule your reminder by selecting the date and time of your choice.
  6. Click “Validate” to send your reminder or to save it if it is scheduled.

Your reminder will appear in the list of sendings with the label “Reminder.”

Note: You can save your email as a template by clicking on “Save as a New Template.”
