How to analyze a group of questions?

The “Group of questions” feature (available with a PRO+ account) allows you to make advanced analysis with a group of similar questions. You can use that feature and generate tables and graphs that are based on those groups in your own analysis report.

Note : The types of questions of one group must be similar for the analysis to be coherent. As an example, you can group scales, emoticons, numbers, and more!

One question can be part of different groups.

In order to use that feature, go to the “Results” unit and in the “Custom analysis” tab. Go into your report (or create one) and click on “Question group”.

Create your gorup of analysis :

  • Click on “New group”.
  • Name your group.
  • Select the type of questions to analyze (Number, Scales, NPS, etc…).
  • In the drop-down menu, select the different questions to group.
  • Click on “Confirm”.
  • If you already have created groups, click on the three dots on the right of your group for which you wish to add questions and click on  “Edit”.
  • Select your new question(s) to add and click on “Confirm”.
