It is possible to customize the sub-domain of your questionnaire url link with a PRO+ and PRO+ Team subscription.
To do so, go to your questionnaire’s Publish module and click on “Custom Sub Domaine” in the top right-hand corner.
Then simply enter the desired sub-domain name in the field and confirm.
Note: special characters and capital letters are not accepted.
Your customized sub-domain will appear in front of evalandgo.com or questionnaireweb.com (if you have activated the white label on your questionnaire).
