How to use the library?

You can build a library of questions in order to both have your questions in a single place and to reuse them in different surveys.

Adding a question to your library :

  • Click on the three dots on the right of your question
  • Click on “Add to my library” 
  • You can create a new category of questions by clicking on”New tag”. You can choose to assign or not your question to a category.
  • Click on “Confirm”. Then, you’ll find your question in your library !

Adding a question from your library in your survey

  • Click on “New question”
  • Go to “My library”
  • Tick the question you wish to add to your survey
  • Click on “Confirm”

Editing your categories in your library

  • Click on “New question”
  • Go to “My library”
  • Click on “Tag”, displaying a drop-down menu 
  • Click on the pen next to the category you want to modify
  • Edit your category’s name

You can also edit your category directly from the “Edit” unit by clicking on the three dots next to your question :

  • Click on “Add to My library”
  • Click on the three dots on the right of your category and click on “Edit”
  • You can rename you category and confirm

Deleting a question or a category

Deleting a category from your library: 

  • Click on “New question”
  • Go to “My library”
  • Click on the “Tag” drop-down menu
  • Click on the red trash next to the question you want to delete

Deleting a question from your library:

  • Click on “New question”
  • Go to “My library”
  • Click on the 3 dots on the right of the question you want to delete
  • Click on “Delete”

Adding or removing a question from a category

  • Click on “New question”
  • Go to “My library”
  • Click on the three dots on the right of your question and click on “Edit tags”
  • Tick the category you want to add your question to
  • Untick the category you want to remove your question from
