You have the option to add a timer to your entire survey or to one or more page(s) of it. This option allows you to limit the response time for your respondent. The countdown starts when the respondent reaches the timed page, and the page hides when the time is up, forcing the respondent to move to the next page.
This feature is available with a PRO+ account.
To configure a timer, go to the Creation module and click on the ‘Timer’ tab.
- If you want a timer for the entire survey : click on ‘Entire survey‘ and enter the desired number of seconds.
- If you want to configure a timer per page : select ‘Per page’ and enter the desired number of seconds on the desired page(s).
- Confirm
A timer will appear at the top of the questionnaire as soon as the respondent opens it.
