CLASSIC VERSION – What is “Customize reply email” ?

If you publish your questionnaire from our sending platform (“Publish” unit, “E-mail” tab), you can customize a reply email. 

Your contacts can reply to the emails sent from Eval&GO. However, you can define an email address that will be used as a messaging service in case you receive a reply to your email. 

Go to the “Publish” unit and “E-mail” tab of your questionnaire to configure a reply email address. You can customize your sending email, use the email by default or select a model if you have already created one. 

Note: It is important to select your recipients and to edit the subject of your email. 

Once your email is ready, click on “Confirm”.
