CLASSIC VERSION – What do the different questionnaire completion statuses mean?

What do the “not started”, “in progress” and “finished” statuses correspond to in the “filling” column of the tracking module or individual data?

Not started:

This status means that your respondent has not yet started filling in your questionnaire.

This status only appears when you send your questionnaire by e-mail from our mailing platform or when you generate unique links for each of your respondents.

In progress:

This status means that your respondent has clicked on the link to your questionnaire and has started to answer it.

As a reminder, responses are saved at each page change (“next page” button). Your “in progress” respondent has therefore validated at least one page of your questionnaire by clicking on “next page”. They may have simply skipped your introductory page, or they may have skipped all the pages. In any case, the “current” respondent has not clicked on the “finish” button on the last page of your questionnaire.

Finished:

This status means that your respondent has completed your questionnaire and clicked on the “finish” button on the last page.

Please note, however, that this does not necessarily mean that your respondent has answered all your questions (especially if they are not mandatory).
