To delete a questionnaire, go to “My questionnaires” and click on the three small dots to the right of the questionnaire you wish to delete.
In the drop-down menu, select “Delete survey” (the choice in red).
The message “Are you sure you want to permanently delete this questionnaire? Warning: deleting this questionnaire will also delete all associated reports” appears to confirm your action.
If you delete this questionnaire, you will also delete its results. All deletions are final.
