You can print your survey. You just have to go to “Publish” and click on “Print”.
You can print your survey or export it with a Word document. Then you can convert it into a PDF document.
If you prefer to export your survey with a Word document first, you may have to do some modifications to the presentation : save the pictures in the document, add spaces, page breaks, change the font, the size for example…
