By default, respondents can answer several times to a survey created on the New version of Eval&GO. However, in some cases, you may need to collect one answer only by respondent. Here’s how to give your contacts the opportunity to answer your questionnaire only once.
Survey published anonymously (Collective link)
You have the possibility to collect anonymous data by publishing your survey in different ways : url link, QR code, embed code, social media.
Go to the Publish module of your survey and activate the ‘Limit to 1 response per person (cookie)‘ option.
If your respondents try to respond a second time, they will land on the end page of the survey.
Individually shared questionnaire
By default, the individual link sharing methods (Eval&GO sending platform, data integration (CSV pre-filling), individual anonymous link) allow you to answer the questionnaire only once.
