By default, your Eval&GO report displays responses from all your respondents.
If you need to obtain individual responses, you have several options.
First, go to the “Results” module and click on the name of the report you want to edit or create a new report by clicking on “Add a report.”
1. You can create a filter for each individual
Note: This works with named responses only.
To obtain named responses, your questionnaire must be published from our sending platform. If you are using the anonymous link of the questionnaire to share your survey, you will need to add a name/first name or email question, making sure to check the “add respondent to contacts” option.
To assign a filter to your entire report:
- Under “Apply Filter” (located on the left), click on the blue “All” icon.
- Click on “Manage Filters.”
- A pop-up will appear; click on “Add a filter.”
- Name your filter, check the “filter by individual” box, and select the specific individual.
- Click “Save.”
Return to “Apply Filter,” click on “All,” and select your filter.
This way, your entire report will display only the responses of the specific individual in question.
You can also apply your filter to one or more tables or charts:
- Click on the small blue pen icon to edit your table or chart.
- Go to “Options.”
- Under “Population Filter,” select your filter, and click “Generate.”
2. You can create a table showing each respondent individually
To create an “individual” table:
- Edit your table by clicking on the blue pen icon at the top right, or create a new table by clicking on “Add a table.”
- In the “questions” section, choose the questions, question groups, or scores to analyze.
- In the “analysis type” section, select the analysis type of your choice (count, average, total score, etc.).
- Click on the “Options” tab.
- Under “Table Population Type,” click on “Individual.”
- Click on “Generate.”
This way, you will get a table for each respondent to your questionnaire. If you have collected named responses, the respondent’s identity will appear at the top of each table.
3. You can view one of your Eval&GO reports individually, for each of your respondents.
To do this, you must first create a dynamic filter in your report:
1. Go to your questionnaire’s “Results” module, “Reports” tab.
2. Click on the report name to edit it.
3. On the left, click on “All”, then on “Manage population filters” and finally on “Add a filter”.
4. Check the box “Dynamic filter” and save changes.
Your dynamic filter is created!
You can now view your respondent’s online report. To do so:
Go to your questionnaire’s “Results” module, “Individual data” tab.
In your respondent’s “options” column, click on the “report” icon (representing a graph).
A list of reports containing a dynamic filter will appear.
Click on the name of your report to view it online. The report will show only your respondent’s answers.
Note: you can also export this report in PDF format.
4. You can retrieve your respondents’ individual data
If you simply need the raw data for your respondents, simply click on the “Individual data” tab in the “Results” module.
Here you can view, print or export individual data as PDF or Excel files.
You can also export all data in CSV format.
